Bodymind Centre (The) - Authorized Lululemon Dealer
Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of that which you really love. The Bodymind Centre began as a heart-felt vision that through bodywork and meditation, Erin had to help people with their bodies and minds. After completing her Structural Integration training in Boulder, Colorado Erin returned to Thunder Bay to open The Bodymind Centre in January 1995. She started with a team that included practitioners of Structural Integration, Reiki, Healing Touch, acupuncture, reflexology, massage therapy and meditation. In 2003 Erin moved the team to their current location expanding from their original 650 sq feet to 6500 sq feet. She recruited yoga and pilates instructors and the dream grew bigger. The Bodymind Centre continues to expand, offering incredible classes with fantastic instructors, international retreats, workshops and a special Vagal Yoga project to help people heal. Thank you everyone for voting The Bodymind Centre #1 Yoga Studio in Thunder Bay.
